We are a vertically integrated team across most of the primary trades needed to bring a home from concept to completion. Our proven “Develop-Design-Build” approach streamlines the entire project by involving our in-house, multi-disciplined employees from the start, minimizing unforeseen costs and delays in the construction process. A clear, concise, guaranteed construction contract and finish schedule allows you to understand the project’s total cost.
COMMUNICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Our company structure allows you to have one point of contact throughout the process, with direct access to the owner, Dustin Hirschfeld. Traditionally, a client would need to work independently with an architect of their choosing, as well as one or more designers. The client would then need to communicate all of these plans and design nuances to the the builder, inevitably creating inefficient and stressful confusion throughout.
Our “in-house” approach streamlines this process, eliminating the back-and-forth between architects, designers, project managers, and subcontractors; which guarantees everyone involved has a clear and concise vision of the project. If you have a question, make one phone call and you will have your answer, with “no whisper down the alley” back and forth; saving you confusion, time, stress, and money.
