Unlike the vast majority of residential home builders, Curated Communities is vertically integrated, with Dustin currently employing 48 full-time employees in all of the trades needed to bring a home from concept to completion. This in-house capability absolves him of having to rely on over-worked subcontractors like other area builders, with the end result being that your home is built in half the normal time and in a much more efficient, less stressful manner.

Most importantly, Dustin is a full-time Highlands resident with close ties to the local city, county, and state decision makers. When not on the job site, he relaxes at home with his wife Sarah, 4-year-old son Harrison, and miniature Australian Shepard, Lilly.
